Description
Ensure your ally keeps Kyburz.
Any player may fund any other player, as long as they have at least 20 kilos of Neptunium more than that player. Funding another player boosts their electrical output and their production rate. You can provide and withdraw funding from the Intelligence Reports panel (Middle button at the at the bottom of the screen.)
