Take Control of Verne.
Until now you've only seen one type of outpost: generators. Generators produce electricity that runs your factories. Verne is a factory and produces drillers over time, so it is harder to attack successfully. You will need your infiltrator to win this one.

Figure out how to load the infiltrator onto your attack sub.

Launch a sub at Verne loaded with all 13 drillers. With the newly launched sub selected tap the infiltrator icon under outpost in order to load it onto your sub. The infiltrator will drain the enemies shield allowing you to take the outpost.
